De acuerdo a la productora Solid Show confirmó la presentación del rapero estadounidense 50 Cent como parte del cartel del Solid Fest 2009, evento que se llevará a cabo entre el 30 de enero y el 1ro de febrero de 2009 y que hasta ahora sólo ha anunciado oficialmente el concierto de la banda Aerosmith.

50 Cent será la estrella de la segunda jornada del festival, donde compartirá tarima con Daddy Yankee y Wisin y Yandel, además de dos agrupaciones nacionales aún por definir.
